This document is the official event report for a side event hosted by CLAN (Caring & Living As Neighbours) at the 2025 ECOSOC Youth Forum. ​ The event focused on the pivotal role of youth engagement in advocating for non-communicable diseases (NCDs. ​It highlights the contributions of youth advocates, organisations, and initiatives aimed at advancing health equity, particularly for children with chronic conditions, and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ​
